To edit committee details or create a new committee select Admin Menu, Edit Committees to see this form:

This form gives you a list of all committees on the system. Note the right hand column marked Active - this column indicates whether the committee is still active and meeting or whether it is an old committee which no longer meets.

You can edit any committee by clicking the EDIT button or add a new committee by clicking ADD.

Select a committee and click EDIT to see this form:

From this screen you can modify the following details:

Committee Name - the name of the committee

Short Name - this name is displayed in places where there is limited screen space

Is this committee active? YES if the committee meets, NO if it is an old committee

Normal Start Time - the usual time this committee meets

Normal Venue - the usual location the committee meets at.

Officer for Committee - if there is an officer who is usually responsible for this committee.

Recorder for Committee - if there is a recording officer who is usually assigned to this committee.

Below these fields are a list of all meetings of the committee both in the past and the future.
