CAIRO: Marking documents for publication to the webCairo automatically published documents to the public web site. Documents are only transferred to the public web site when they are marked as OK for the web. You can do this when you check-in a document, or you can do it later. Cairo also publishes member, committee and meeting details. These details are published automatically whenever changes are made - there is no follow-up action required for these items. From the main menu select Document Options, OK for Web to see this form:
The top section uses the standard Find Documents fields. The lower section allows you to select one or more documents to modify. Select documents by clicking the checkbox to the left of each document. Note that the list of documents is much shorter than usual, only documents which are not marked as OK are displayed in this list. Select the checkboxes for the documents you want to publish and click Publish. The documents are automatically published to the public web site on the next update.
