CAIRO: Meeting Calendar

From the main menu click on Meetings to view the Meeting Calendar:

This calendar shows all the committees and any meetings they have during the period.

The calendar starts from the beginning of the year and goes through to the end of the second quarter in the following year.

You can go back a year by click on the blue highlighted year at the top left, or go forward a year by clicking on the year top right.

You can view Committee details by clicking on the Committee name

You can view Meeting details by clicking on a particular blue highlighted meeting date.

You can add a new meeting by clicking on the ADD button at the top of the left hand column.
