CAIRO: Editing Officer Details
To view Officer Details select Admin Menu, Edit Officers to see this form:
Click on ADD to create a new officer, click on EDIT to modify details:
Officers are not the same as users. Officers in this list are used whenever you need to select an Officer for a meeting. Officers may also be Recorders, this can be selected on this form.
Officers Name - the name of the officer
Phone Number - a contact number for the officer
Email Address - the email address for the officer
Is Recorder? - YES if this officer is a recorder for meetings.
