CAIRO: Reports


Reports are available to users with Administrator rights to view a range of information about the data held within the system. Most reports are configured for internal use only, but some - in particular the Members reports are configured so they can be circulated more widely.

Most reports are output to a Word file so they can be handled by you to either print immediately or edit further to tailor the information printed.

Some reports can take a little while to create, so please be patient when creating a report - mostly they will take less than a minute to prepare.

You can create reports from the Reports Menu simply by selecting the report you wish to create, here are some examples reduced in size:


Members Report: suitable for circulation


Audit Report: shows upto 10,000 records

Reports can be saved to your own PC for further formatting or editing if required.
