1985-87: Product Development Manager at Uniplex. Led the team responsible for developing Uniplex V7.00

1984-85: Senior Developer at Uniplex. Developed the first versions of many Uniplex components.

1981-84: Senior Developer at Tetra. First company shipping commerical Unix products in the UK. Developed Tetra's first payroll, fixed assets accounting and pressure vessel design system.

1979-81: Developer at M.Grooms Ltd. Building print estimating and plant hire packages.
