This module, which is an add-on to the Uniplex II Plus Suite, provides comprehensive document recognition and conversion facilities to support the exchange of information between a community of Uniplex users and the users of other software packages. It also provides extensions to the Uniplex File Manager that allow shared workspaces to be defined within the filing system and to support networked file systems. Files can be converted from one format to another from the Uniplex File Manager. When trying to open either a non-Uniplex Word Processor file or a text file, a copy of it can be automatically converted for reading.
