Detailed Description

Rapid Response subscribers get a special phone number. You call and the details of your problem are logged. If a duty consultant is available you will be connected. If not, rather than keep you waiting, we'll call you. See, we even pay the phone bill!

The duty consultant will work with you for as long as it takes to resolve your problem. If you like, we can dial in over a modem and inspect and correct directly (only with your permission of course).
